Filter by manufacturer on category and search page (vQMod)
Featured:
- display manufacturers dropdown list on category page
- display manufacturers dropdown list on search page
- disable section for product that don't have manufacturer
- display the manufacturers of the out of stock items
- option for total available product for each manufacturer to be shown or not
