Description
Checkout Manager is a very powerful module which allows to eliminate some very common and very annoying checkout "incompatibilities".

Checkout Manager currently supports:

1) Shipping - Payment methods combinations: Foreach shipping method you can select the preferred payment method(s). Other Payment methods will not be visible.

2) Voucher & Download Payment Method Selections: You can choose which payment methods will be available when a Gift Voucher or a Downloadable product has been added to cart.

3) You can add a fee amount at each payment method, fixed or percentage

With Checkout Manager you can "eliminate" incompatible methods, for example Pickup from Store + Cash on Delivery and also add a fee at each payment method

VQMOD is Required.
