Small extension to show telefone number in the header div, also added 3 extra text fields with own css rule. Just config "top" and "left" css position. If you need small picture insert

in v(0.2) edit CSS style from options of the shop.
in v(0.3) added 3 fields of extra text, with own styles in options, could be your slogan, extra phone, or email, or any another extra information, with any position (css rule). If fields are empty they dont show, also as phone.
in v(0.4) Optimized code and added languages (Russian/english)
in v(0.5) Added image upload for the elements, also tag 'absolute' is default.
