Customer Shipping Limit
This module allows you to restrict shipping methods based on customers. With a simple configuration on the backend, you can assign shipping methods to a customer.
When a customer tries to checkout on the front page, it will display the shipping methods assigned to this specific customer.
Also, there is an option to set a default shipping method for new customers or customers you didn't assign any shipping methods to.
