Just like the big guys you don't have to disable your category counters anymore to increase your site speed,

Most people don't realize that when you visit websites like amazon or eBay with millions of products those category
counters are not real time counters, all those numbers come from a table with all the total values for every category
so when you visit any category the site is just getting the total numbers of items available for that category out of that table without counting anything.

with this modification you can have the same technology just like the big retailers.

this module count your categories and products tables admin side and gets the total number of products for every category.
then all those numbers are served from your database in your front end without counting any table.

Increase your store speed by more than 200% without any expensive caching module.

Now you don't have to give up your category counters for speed, Now you can have the best of both worlds.

The second module included is Subcategory Levels. vQmod

Something that is really annoying when using the categories module is when you have multiple subcategories levels and the module just allows you to navigate one level deep, then after that you cannot get further and you have to use the filters area to navigate inside any subcategory, Well.... whit this module that problem is gone forever.

Now you can navigate inside all your subcategories from your categories module, and it will display only the subcategories inside the parent category, because other thing with the categories module is that it always display all the categories available in the whole store and that's somethig nobody needs when visiting a specific area.

Example, if you are visiting computers category the module will display only the subcategories available for computers and so on for all subcategories untill you reach the end of the tree.

A must have for any store too.
