Customer avatar using Gravatar v1.0

FEATURES

- This module allows your customers to see their avatar on My account page (adds a profile image)
- Avatar is based on Gravatar and it can be edited on gravatar.com
- It uses the customer's e-mail address to fetch the avatar from gravatar.com

Right now the module uses the default 'Cart Image Size' for the avatar size, but this can be changed in the XML.
Future version will have an admin option for the avatar size.
