You can define interval - for how many hours to restrict a customer from buying based on his previous purchase. It checks both e-mail and ip.

For example, you put 12 hours in extension settings.
Thus, a customer John logged in and bought something, 1 or more products. Then he decided to buy something again from the same e-mail he used during registration, or he registered one more account with another email and wants to make a purchase. The extension will check both, email and IP address of a customer. If it happens, that the customer like John had already bought something during last 12 hours, he will see warning notification. And he will be able to make the next purchase after 12 hours are left.
