Opencart 1.5.x - vQmod is required
Copy the contents of the "upload" folder to your Opencart store's top-level directory, preserving the directory structure of the upload folder, and upload the theme folder to your theme folder.

Opencart 2.x to latest - Use OCMOD
Log into Admin > Extensions > Installer and install the extension

1. Log in to Back-end
2. Go to Extensions ->Modules
3. Install Show Product Additional Description
4. Edit Show Product Additional Description
5. Change Option to Show you want to show on the product page
6. Go to the Front-end product page and you will see additional descriptions
