This extension will allow you to restrict minimum and maximum quantity the customer can buy product.

You can manage this Order limit from admin panel.

If the buyer adds more or less than allowed quantity limit to the cart, he will not be able to checkout display warning.

The product page will display minimum and maximum quantity he can buy.

On Product Page add to cart button click manage ajax validation for purchase and display warning.
