FB comment module will include FB's comment section in the layout you will specify in Admin's extensions > module page. Recommended to use on a full width layout. Can be use in a sidebar layout but I could not guarantee to fit it properly on every templates used in the website but I can do some help if you really need that to be included in the sidebar just leave some comment.
