Pay on pickup / Paga al ritiro 1.1.0 for OpenCart 1.5.x

A customer can pay the order during the pickup in the real store.

*** Requirements:
- none

*** Installation:
- Copy the folders on the root of your OC installation.
- Install "Pay on Pickup" from your admin area (Extensions -> Payments)
- Edit the module, set the parameters and enable

*** Upgrade:
- Copy the folders on the root of your OC installation overwriting existing files
- Edit the module, set the parameters and save

*** Features:
- can add instructions for the customers
- can set a "Total Min" to enable the payment
- can set a "Total Max" to disable the payment
- support for customer groups
- can enable / disable this payment method for guests
- payment is available only when the shipping method is "Pickup from store"

*** Notes:
- No files are modified. Some fields are added to the setting table in the OC database
- It works on multilanguage and multistore sites
- Available in english and italian (see languages.txt)
- To remove click the uninstall button and delete the previously copied files
