Customer after login to the website, this extension will help them to get products in the dropdowns, mere selecting a product from dropdown will auto populate model#, Quantity, Product Code, Order#, Date. This would allow customer to give returns in an easy way without any overheads of remembering or entering of all the product information.

How it will help admin ?
---------------------------------------
Admin will be be able to easily manage the returns, refund the full or partial amount, create gift vouchers for returns(automatic), or make a replacement status. It will happen at one single click with an option to notify customer or not. This module will also maintain your return history log for future references.
