You can enable the options you need from admin. The price is also added in subtotal if the customer adds gift wrapping.
You can set zero amount or any amount for gift wrapping.
Gift wrapping is shown on the shopping cart page and checkout page.
Separate control added so admin can choose where they want to show or show on both.

Extension Features:
