Just duplicate another flat rate.
If you need another flat rate then use it. The modification also simple.

Easy installation in only two steps:
1. Unzip the file.
2. Upload everything from *upload* folder to the root of your opencart installation

Customization:
To change the description for "Flat Shipping Rate" to another name, you should change at
\catalog\language\english\shipping\flat2.php


This module should work with any Opencart version but it's only tested on 1.5.4+ & 2.0.3+ installations.

Don't worry this module doesn't change anything in the core of Оpencart and cannot break your website.
