Fed up of having to update SEO keywords each time you add a new product, or keep forgetting to regenerate them when you've input additional products? This mod will take all that hassle away.

Whenever you add or edit a manufacturer, category, product or information page, the SEO keyword will be automatically updated!

Also removes 'index.php?route=common/home' from the homepage url.

Installation

1. Extract all the files from the zip file.
2. Upload the contents of the "upload" folder to your opencart root directory (nothing is overwritten - it's all new files).
3. Finally, you need to create the permissions. From the admin menu, click "System > Users > User Groups". Then click "edit" (Administrator) and make sure the "catalog/auto_seo" boxes are checked in Access and Modify. Save your settings and you're good to go!

In Use

The default SEO Keyword for products is "Product Name". To change this to "Product Name"-"Model", from the admin control panel, click on "System > Settings", and select (edit) your store. Click the "Option" tab, scroll down to "AUTO SEO" and click "yes". Don't forget to Save!

If you want to generate keywords for existing products, from the admin control panel, click the 'globe' button at the top right of the dashboard (it's in the group that allows you to open your store's homepage).
