This extension integrates with your Infusionsoft account to transfer your customer and guest order information into Infusionsoft. Customer information will automatically be sent to Infusionsoft at the following times:
- Customer account is created in the frontend or the admin area
- Customer information is updated in the frontend or the admin area
- During the guest order process before they purchase
- After an order is made
The customer record in Infusionsoft will be tagged to appropriately identify what kind of a customer they are:
- Partial: Customer has entered their information as a guest but has not purchased.
- Customer: Customer has created a customer account in OpenCart
- Purchased: Customer has made at least one order in OpenCart
