Percentage Off, Or Free Shipping for Opencart 2.0.x-2.3.x

WHY I wrote this module:
- I needed a way to max out the maximum of free shipping or a percentage off (or fixed amount)

What this module does:
- Set a coupon code in admin just as before. If you select a Percentage or Fixed amount, and click the 'free shipping' button, it will choose the lesser amount (free shipping or the percentage/fixed amount)
- When selecting free shipping (either with a %, a fixed rate, or just free shipping) - it will also as a bonus choose the lowest possible shipping amount to make free. That is, if you have a $10 option, and a $15 option, and the user chooses the $15 option, they'll still only get a maximum of $10 free shipping.

Installation:

This module uses vQmod - Drop the XML file into your vQmod folder. Don't forget to backup first.

Usage:
Create a coupon - enter a percentage (or fixed amount) and click the free shipping button.
