Slow Down Newsletter (and save its progress as it goes) for Opencart 2.0.x - 2.3.x (vqmod)

WHY I wrote this module:
- Some servers have limits on how many emails per hour you can send out. Also, its less likely to be considered spam if it is sent out slower. From my experience sending out 400-1000 per hour, in groups of about 10 is more effective than sending more. You'll want to play with this a little bit and experiment.

What this module does:
*NEW* More Efficient Use of Resources! Increasing batch size will significantly reduce server strain.
- Allows you to set the number of emails per mailing and the maximum emails per hour. It will save your last settings in the database.
- Calculates how long to wait between mailings automatically based on how long it took to send the emails, and how many emails per hour you want to send.
- Sorts the mailing by customer_id, and remembers the last customer_id it emailed in the database.
- Re-populates the Mail tab with all info, including your newsletter, last customer_id emailed, "from", "to", and email settings if it has not yet sent it to everyone, allowing you to continue from where it left off.
- Removes the newsletter from the database once it has been sent, while retaining your email settings for next time.
- THIS UPDATE (OC 2.3 only): Fixed multiple bugs in OC 2.3 version. Changed sleep patterns to sleep a little between each email instead. Fixed some timeout issues. If you're running OC 2.3 - you will want this update!

- No Language files modified, so it is 'multi-language' compatible.

- It is fully compatible with all other newsletter modules I have written, including the multi-store, radio button, and unsubscribe extensions.

"Radio Buttons for Newsletters during signup" - Force your users to choose a newsletter option when signing up. Adheres to SPAM laws, by not auto-signing up your customers, or losing out on the opportunity to have them sign up
"Multi-Store Newsletter Options" - Allows a secondary (or multiple) newsletter option for each store independent from one another. Allows you to send newsletters to single stores.
"Newsletter Unsubscribe" - Allow users to unsubscribe to your newsletter in a text email link in your newsletter (required for SPAM laws)

From admin, go to marketing tab, click on mail - and use.
