For optional attributes(options) you can enter 'ed' , select Match word = No and this will find all attribute(options) texts that have in middle 'ed' . Ex red, bred,fredy

For product page
Will show products from same category as current product
Will show products from same manufacturer as current product
If you select in optional attribute ex. attribute color and this product have attribute text red that will show products that have same (red) attribute text
If you select in optional attribute ex. attribute color and size and this product have attribute text red and size S,that will show products that have same (red) Or S attribute text
If you select in required attribute ex. attribute color and size and this product have attribute text red and size S,that will show products that have same (red) AND S attribute text

Filtering on options is same as attributes
