This mod changes the last step on the Edit Order page, instead of having to hit refresh for the shipping and payment method (even if you don't change anything!) this mod refreshes them automatically, onload and onchange. No more worrying if you have hit the button, it just works!

Just upload the order-form-auto-refresh.ocmod.xml through the extension installer. Don't forget to refresh on the modifications page!
