I requested support the day after purchase because it didn't function. Was told they could customize it for my theme to make it work. But ONLY if I paid an additional $30. An OC extension bought from a reputable developer INCLUDED custom theme integration in the original purchase. If customization isn't included, it should state so clearly on the product page.
