With the help of the Opencart Marketplace Membership module admin can restrict the seller from adding the product. The Seller needs to buy a membership plan to become a seller and manage their store.

Admin can set the payment method for membership and also apply a membership plan based on “No. Of Products” and “Product Quantity”. The Seller can buy a membership plan by following the basic procedure of buying products. Admin can maintain the membership record of each seller.

Note:

It’s an add-on for the Marketplace Multi-Vendor Module, so the marketplace module must be installed before installing the Opencart Multi Seller Membership.

This module supports all templates and themes including the Journal theme.

The Opencart Marketplace Membership module supports the Multi-Store feature of the default Opencart.

Use Case

The Opencart Marketplace Membership module allows administrators to create subscription plans for sellers, enabling them to manage their stores. Sellers need to purchase a membership plan to become a seller and manage their store.

Sellers must buy a membership plan to become a seller. The commission is distributed to sellers based on the membership plan. Admin can set the number of days associated with the membership plan.

Admin can configure various settings like payment methods, membership types, and actions after plan expiration. They can also set the amount to pay for a membership plan, number of products allowed, payment methods, and more.

Workflow :
Once the module gets installed on the Opencart store the admin needs to enable the module from here.


Now the admin will configure the module on their Opencart marketplace store.


The admin will do the basic settings for the functionality.


They can also set the seller membership plan on registration.


The admin can also set the mail template to send sellers.


Customer Partner Members
The admin can check and create members for their store.


Click on the add icon to add a new member to the store.


Now the admin will assign the group to the members.


They can also create a new group as per their requirements.


Set Subscription Type Membership
If the admin selects the subscription type membership then the following options will appear as follows.


Now the admin will assign the permission to the members.


Set Commission:The admin can create different commissions for different member groups.


The admin can allow quantities and products to the groups.


The admin can view the member's payments.


Membership Group Tag:The admin will be able to view the list of all the created tags and can add tags to the partner membership.


The admin can create a new tag for the membership group.


Membership Group Quotation:By the Membership Group Quotation button, the admin can view the list of all the quotations.


The admin can view the details of any quotations and can approve/disapprove its request.


Frontend Seller Panel:In the front end, the seller can click on Quote for Membership to view all the requested quotations.


Even the seller can click on the add button to request a new quotation.


Front End Workflow:The customer will open the panel and check the membership plan details.


They can view the plan and process with the same.


Once the membership is purchased the seller can see it in their panel.
