Opencart Multi Vendor RMA :Now, using this extension the store admin and the marketplace sellers will be able to enable RMA for their products. At the time of return if the customer has multiple addresses, then the required return address can be chosen.
Since it’s an add-on for the Webkul Multi-Vendor module, so Opencart Marketplace must be installed before installing the Opencart Marketplace RMA System.
Note:
1. This module supports all templates and themes including the Journal theme.
2. Opencart Marketplace RMA module supports the Multi-Store feature of default Opencart.
Use Case:
Opencart Return Merchandise Authorization is a brilliant module and very useful for product return & order return. This module allows you to organize a system for customers to request a return without any effort.
With the help of this module, the customer can return the seller’s products, have them replaced or refunded within the specified time limit. The seller can generate Return reason and shipping label for the customers.

The admin can configure the module settings as per the choice.
The admin can also configure the mail templates for various Return activities.
The admin and sellers can manage, filter, and edit the Return Requests.
The admin and the seller can upload the image or label for shipping.
The admin can either add store credit or voucher to make a refund to the customer.
The admin can generate Return Requests on behalf of a customer.
Using Return Quantity, the admin will update product quantity in the store.
Return addresses can be changed while there are multiple customer addresses saved.

Workflow
OpenCart Store frontend Customer View
At the store front-end, the products for which the admin or the sellers have enabled the RMA system will have a return tab available next to the product review tab.
Here, the customer can see return options that include –Validity within which the return can be made for the particular Product View Reason button that displays the return reasons that can be accepted for the product andThe Return Accept types for the product.
The store admin can also create RMA requests on behalf of the customers.
Apart from that, the marketplace sellers will also be able to create the RMA for their own products under their own account panel by navigating to the returns tab.
The sellers can check the return details, the products, the conversations, the return product images, and the shipping label for the return order.
Admin End - Module Configuration
The admin will have to configure the module settings before making use of this extension.
Return Setting
Here, the admin of the web-store will setup the REturn merchandise configuration that includes -
Enabling the return status, adding the return time within which the customers can make a return, provide the order return status for selection, allowed image and file extensions that can be utilized, return policy, voucher theme and the return address.
Apart from that, the store admin can choose the emails that are sent out at various actions within the RMA module. Different keywords can also be used within the emails for sending in the respective data along with the sent mails.
Manage Return Status
Under this section, the admin can find all of the RMA(Return Merchandise authorization) return statuses that the admin has created and of the marketplace sellers as well. The admin can create a new return status, enable it, and can set the color as required.
Manage Return Reason
Under this section, the admin can view, create, edit and delete the RMA return reasons that are visible to the customers at the website front end. The admin can also check the status of the created return reasons as well.
Manage Mapped Products
Under this section, the admin will be able to see all of the products for which the RMA system for making the product return is enabled. It consists of the products of the admin and the marketplace sellers.
The admin will also be able to view which products belong to the marketplace sellers. The admin can check the details of the return enabled products by editing the same.
