WHAT IF I WANT TO USE SALES MOTIVATOR ONLY ON CERTAIN PRODUCTS OR CATEGORY ?
In tab General setting you can enable Sales Motivator only on certain products or category or combined.

HOW CAN I SET OR CHANGE SHARE / FRIEND ORDER REWARDS?
From Admin > Marketing > Sales Motivator > Settings you can enable/disable/change reward settings.

IS THERE ANY OPTION REMOVE CREDIT IF IS NOT USED IN X DAYS?
YES it is. you can specify in how many days customer need to use credit in new order.


HOW CUSTOMER CAN USE HIS CREDIT FROM SALES MOTIVATOR ?
Each visitor has assigned (if he joined Sales Motivator) an unique code. (see example in screenshot from mail - at the top of page)

To use his credit customer has 3 options:
[1] directly from link available in email (when he got reward)
[2] from Sales Motivator popup (use credit - see image at the top of page)
[3] from shopping cart page - section Facebook coupon
