Multi-store vouchers [OCmod]

Select stores for vouchers, a voucher sold through a store is only valid in that store!
If you create or edit a voucher in the admin, you can set which store(s) it is valid for.
Just upload the zipfile to the extension installer, no files will be overwritten. Select the stores for each voucher in Sales > Gift Vouchers > Gift Vouchers
