1. Open:

Reports > Customers > Reward Points
Reports > Customers > Credit

2. Select customer.
3. Press "Convert Toggle" button in the upper right corner to display a conversion setting.
4. Fill the value.
5. Press "Convert" button to start conversion process.
6. Finish.
7. See the result in the customer details page.
