Opencart Multi Vendor Advanced Booking Reservation System allows the admin and the seller to add booking and reservation to the product. This module is very useful when you want to change your website into an event-driven website, like booking a movie ticket, appointments, hotel rooms, etc. You can add six types of booking for any product-
1. Many Bookings in One Day
2. One Booking For Many Days
3. Customer Time-Based booking(Based on Per Hour and Per Day)
4. Appointment Booking
5. Rental Booking(Daily, Hourly, Hourly+Daily Basis)
6. Event Booking

Opencart Multi Supplier Advanced Booking Reservation System module is an add-on of the Opencart multi-seller Module. To use this module you must have installed Marketplace Module.

Note:

1. This module supports all templates and themes including the Journal theme.

2. Opencart Marketplace Advanced Booking and Reservation module support the Multi-Store feature of default Opencart.








Use Case

Suppose a store owner or the seller wants to sell the tickets for any show on his/her Opencart Marketplace then, in that case, this module is the best solution for both.

Now, both admin/agent and seller will be able to create six types of booking products, which can get used as per the business needs such as appointment booking with the different slot on the same day, booking for shows, singing competition event, book a car for required days + hours, etc. is the best solution for the admin to create the booking.

Opencart Marketplace Advanced Booking Reservation System Features -

• Admin can select the type of bookings for the seller.

Workflow:







Once the module configuration is done, the admin can add the booking product using the add new product option under the product option in the catalog tab.


While adding the new product under the marketplace booking and reservation tab, the admin will get six types of bookings. Now admin can select the booking type and add the product.

Many bookings for one day

For adding many bookings for one day the admin can choose the type of booking for the product as "Many booking for one day" and fill the required details.
As similar as admin, the seller has to select booking type for the product as "Many booking for one day" and fill the required details as shown below.


After making the booking product from the admin/seller panel in the front end the book now option will appear on the product page for booking the product and once the customer clicks on that button a calendar will pop up as shown.


One Booking for many days

For adding one booking for many days, the admin has to select one booking for many days booking type first. Once the booking is added to the product by admin will display with the reservation option on the frontend.


Customer Time-Based Booking

Customer Time-Based Booking can be added as an hourly or daily basis. For adding Customer Time-Based Booking, the admin has to select the Customer Time-Based Booking booking type first. Once the booking is added, customer can select the booking date from the calendar and proceed with the checkout as shown below:


After making the booking from the customer, a booking will be shown under the Customer time-based booking tab at the admin/seller panel.


Appointment Booking

Admin/seller can add an appointment booking for the product from the admin/seller panel.


Once the booking is added, the customer can select the booking date from the calendar and proceed with the checkout.


Rental Booking(Daily, Hourly, Hourly+Daily Basis)

For Rental Booking the admin can choose the type of booking for the product as "Rental Booking for daily", “ Rental Booking for hourly", “Rental Booking for both hourly and daily" and fill the required details.


Once the booking is added, the customer can select the booking date from the calendar and proceed with the checkout.


Event Booking

For Event Booking, the admin has to create an event booking type for the product.
After making the booking product from the admin/seller panel in the front end the book now option will appear on the product page for booking the product and once the customer clicks on that button a calendar will pop up as shown.


Manage Slots

This module also allows admin/agent and seller to manage the slots for each booking. Below, is the screenshot of the 'Many booking in one day' of admin panel:


As well as, the seller can also manage the slots for each booking. To do so seller has to select respective booking types under Marketplace Booking and Reservation tab.


Reschedule / cancel Booking
In the backend, the customer can reschedule the booking. Also, the seller/admin can reschedule the booking on behalf of the customer.

After making the booking, customer can view the booking through google calendar as shown below:
