Enhanced Contact Us Module for opencart
This module allow you to add an contact us form with ajax. Its extremely usefull for instances where the client might have problems. (Example: On the checkout page, display this module , with a message like: "Are you having problems with checkout? Contacts Us").

You can also display phone number(s) for sales and customer service.

Set telephone field for customer and if either it will be required for the customer to insert a telephone in order to send the email or not.

As mentioned, you can set an Instance Message. Example: If you add a contact us module to the product layout, you can set a message like: "You need to find out more about this product?" and below would be the contact form.
