Fax Field Remover
This VQmod extension removes customer Fax fields from admin and default theme.
It might not work properly if you are using custom OpenCart theme, but should at least somehow work if your custom theme is using same naming conventions and similar html structure as default theme.
Should work on OpenCart versions 2.0.x - 2.3.x.
