The module does not work once in 3 years. I installed it on a fresh version, same problem. The files are also missing from the archive. I am not satisfied with the purchase and spent a lot of energy and nerves on this shit

I have to say this is a fantastic piece of work. It took me a little while to get my head around, but it all works very well. You can customise all of the mail communication with the customer. It looks a little complicated, but get your head around it and you can get your mail system looking exactly how you want. Can't speak about support as it just worked.
