This module let's you enable or disable Shipping and Payment modules for your multi-stores.
In example:
Store 1 can have Bank Transfer active and Store 2 can only have PayPal active as payment method.

This works for all active Shipping and Payment modules and should work on all themes.


NOTE: This module doesn't make existing Payment/Shipping modules compatible for multi-stores.
