How to install?
1. Unzip the zip file.
2. Open http://your.domain.com/admin/index.php?route=extension/installer
3. Upload the xml file.
4. Go to http://oc2200.thatk.com/admin/index.php?route=extension/modification and refresh the cache.
5. Go to http://oc2200.thatk.com/admin/index.php?route=setting/setting "Option" find Shipping Table item, and enable [Show Shipping Table].
6. Then go to your store front open product page to see if it shows.
