This extension will add capabilities to your system to convert customer's reward points into store credit automatically when it exceeded a certain value. So that they can use it directly on their next purchase.

You can also add an exceptions list for customers or customer groups that don't want to be applied this automatic conversion. So, for them, their reward points will remain as it should be. [see: figure 2]

HOW DOES IT WORKS

Example:

Reached points: 500
Conversion value: 1 points = $0.03

#1.
Customer have 480 points.
Then they get an additional 30 points.
So total points become 510 points.
Soon after, this extension will automatically convert 500 points, converted into $15 store credit.
So the final condition, that customer will have 10 points and $15 store credit

#2.
Customer have 480 points.
Then they get an additional 600 points .
So total points become 1080 points.
Soon after, this extension will automatically convert 1000 points, converted into $30 store credit.
So the final condition, that customer will have 80 points and $30 store credit

Open: Extensions > Modules > Auto Convert Points to Credit


To find out how does it works, you can go to the frontend demo panel. And follow the steps below.

--- you need to get reward points first ---

1. Make an order for this item (that has reward points): Canon EOS 5D with quantity: 3 pcs (or more than that).
2. Confirm your order.
3. Go to admin panel.
4. Open the order page and add reward points for the order you made before.

--- here this (auto convert reward points to store credit) extension works ---

If you previously purchased 3 pcs, so you will get 600 points.

5. At the same time, because your points have reached (or exceeded) 500 points ('reached points' setting), so your points will be automatically converted into store credit.

For 500 points, your reward points become 0 points, and your store credit (balance) become $15.
If you put your real email on your customer details, you will be notified via email about this.

6. On the frontend store, you can check your reward points history on my account > reward points [link].
And check your transaction (store credit) history on my account > transactions [link].
