Disable API checks

OpenCart API can cause you a lot of pain with different error messages like "Warning: You do not have permission to access the API!" or "Warning: Your IP is not allowed to access this API!". If your IP-address changes frequently, these messages can drive you mad. This little extension removes both session and IP-address checks for API to make your life a little easier.
NOTE: By removing API security checks you can make your OpenCart API vulnerable!
