Agree ContactForm adds agreement checkbox and link to custom document on contact form page.
Forces people to agree to terms before an message from contact form can be sended.




As document is used the article selected in the store settings to confirm the registration
(System->Settings->Options->Account terms)

By default xml files contains Russian and English language parts.
You can edit xml-file and add your languages by analogy.

If you use custom template and module not works - look into VQMOD/OCMOD logs to find related errors and edit modifications file as need for your template
