You can use this extension to show an Image of Arrow when user scrolls, the image if clicked takes user to the top.
We have coded it to be shown in a user friendly way and moreover we put control in your hands.
You can control size of Arrow, image of arrow and its display on mobile , tablet and desktop .
Tested with Opencart 2 and Opencart 3 versions.
