You can set unlimited custom order totals for both, Backend(admin) and Fronend(catalog).
This extension work with all themes and has below features.

Backend (admin side)

✔ Unlimitited custom total charges, you can set default text and amount, but it's directly rewritable in order form
✔ You can set charges in three different types (total, payment, shipping) and use them as a custom payment or shipping with optional charges
✔ Once your custom shipping/payment method is used, you don't have to select opencart shipping or payment method


Frontend (catalog side)

✔ Unlimitited custom total charges, your default amount and text is always used here.
✔ You can use different rules for frontend, based on:

- Register or guest
- Store
- Customer group
- Currency
- Geo Zone
- Payment methods
- Shipping methods
- Cart range
