Exchange Rate Providers

Adds a list of exchange rate providers to global store configuration. Selected provider will be used on all currency rate updates. List of providers can be expanded by request (use contact information below).
Currently available providers:

▸ CurrencyLayer
▸ ExchangeRate API
▸ OpenExchangeRates
▸ Currency Converter API (Paid and Free)

Have 9 different currencies in the shop and have look for something simple to keep them updated.
Found this, and 10 minutes later all currencies are up-to-date. Used ExchangeRate-API, I think it will be ok for me.
