1: First generate a Credit Invoice Number
2: Credit Invoice number is generated - select order status - add to history


Print Credit Invoice
1: Your Store logo and Credit invoice title are visible
2: Credit invoice date, credit invoice number and text which refer to Invoice and Order ID
3: Your VAT and Company ID (if added)
4: Customer Custom Field
5: Your Store name and if added your VAT, Company ID, IBAN and BIC/SWIFT
