Hide Account Menu if not Logged
Removes the Account Menu (in a default opencart installation this menu is located in right column) when the user is not loged in.
It should be compatible with any theme as it modifies the account module controller and not any views
IMPORTANT: After installation if using OC2 or OC3 , please dont forget to clean and update modifications cache
