OC 3.X.X.X Installation Issue Fixed

This module fixed the modification upload error. For example many time you faced a problem like "vqmod directory cant be updated" or "The directory 'admin/controller/module' or 'some other path' is not allowed to be written to!" etc. So the permanent solution of these types of error is this module.

Installation Steps
========================================

1.Open your admin goto Extensions Tab and click "Extension Installer".

2.Then click on "Upload" button and select the downloaded folder/directory "fixoc3installer.ocmod.zip".

3.After that goto "Modification" , click clear and refresh button.
