How to fix the directory is not allowed to be written

OpenCart 3.x have changed security policies and allow to upload files only to extensions folders ( and some other - languages, images, js, CSS, etc.)

If your extension contains other files and directories you can use this modification and fix the "the directory is not allowed to be written" error
