1. Log in to Backend
2. Install the extension from the Extensions installer
3. Add a Geo zone
4. then go to Extension->Shipping->Geozone and Weight Based Cash on delivery
5. Add fees for geo zone with weight

If using OpenCart 2.3 or later, you can install the extension by using the
Opencart Extension Installer. First, you have to enter the correct FTP
information for your site in the System > Settings > FTP area. Then, browse to
Extensions > Extension Installer, click "Upload", and select the .zip file for
the extension.
