Codfee v.1.0 - Support in English and Spanish

This Codfee module allows to add fix and variable fees in the last step of the order on the total order amount. Once added taxes, shipping costs, ect., the total amount of the order would be: NEW_TOTAL = FIX_AMOUNT + TOTAL x VARIABLE_AMOUNT.

Some sellers prefer to apply fix fees, others prefer to apply a percentage (variable amount) and others apply both methods.

This extension is called CODFee since the first idea was to apply fees only to COD-Payment type orders, but then was estimated and executed the posibility of choose any payment method (obviously installed) for apply the fix and/or variable fees.
