OpenCart Restaurant POS System-Using the Opencart Restaurant POS System, POS agent can reserve and manage the restaurant table for the customers.
From the POS System, the POS agent can create multiple tables, view the booked entries, create a table reservation between a time slot, and notify the customers via email about the booking. Please Note – This module is an add-on of Opencart Point of Sale System extension.
Suppose you have a restaurant and wants to facilitate your customers with a unique table booking feature. Using, Opencart Restaurant POS System you can facilitate your customers with different shapes of the tables.
The POS agent can reserve the restaurant table for the customer between a time slot and add the products for the customers.
Using the add-on the admin and the POS agent can manage all these features within the POS System. That will help the restaurant owner to create a better relationship with the customers and increase the sales.
Allow or dis-allow POS agents to create restaurant tables.
Option to send an email to the customers to update regarding the table booking.
The admin can configure the table shape.
POS agent can create multiple tables and enter the table name, sort the order, enable or disable the status of the table.
POS agent can book and view all the booked tables with complete details.
The POS agent can book the table and complete the checkout for the customer in the offline mode too.
The admin can create the table, enable or disable the function to notify the customer about the table booking via email, and select the table shape.
The admin can view, edit, and delete the existing table from the admin panel as shown in the image below-
POS System (Front-End)
From the Restaurant tab in the POS system, the POS agent can select the restaurant table, book the restaurant table for the customer, add a new restaurant table, add the products with the reserved table, release the booked table, and select the time slot for the booking of the table.
The POS agent can select the restaurant table, select/ add the customer, select the time slot for the reservation of the table, add the products with the selected table and complete the checkout for the customer.
The POS agent can also create the new table for the customer as shown in the image below
The POS agent can also use the add-on in offline mode too. The POS agent can book the table, add the products with the booked table, and complete the checkout.
The POS agent can view all the offline orders from the order section and sync the products later when online.
After syncing all offline orders, the offline orders can be viewed in the Orders section in the Previous tab.
NOTE – The POS agent cannot create a new restaurant table when POS is in an offline state.
