CLEAR PRICING
There is no set up fee, no monthly fee, no other hidden costs. Merchants pay a low flat fee based on the transaction amount. This is much lower than the other payment options in the market. Custom rates are available for businesses with very large volume.

HOW DOES THE CHECK OUT LOOK LIKE?
Once integrated, the user would be redirected to Yedpay payment site when he/she clicks the payment/checkout button. He/she could choose Visa, MasterCard, Unionpay, Alipay CN, Alipay HK or WeChat Pay, and complete the payment through Yedpay.
Once the payment is completed, the user will be redirected back to the merchant site with the payment result. The merchant could check the result and make decision on how to move forward.
In the meantime, an asynchronous notification will be sent to the merchant with the payment result. The notification is reliable with build-in retry mechanism.
With a PC browser, a page with the QR code will open.
Users can scan the QR code with the Alipay or WeChat App and confirm the payment on the phone.
With the WeChat or Mobile browser, clicking check out will automatically wakes up the WeChat app and the Alipay app. Users confirms the payment on the phone.

Q: Can I use it in other countries other than Hong Kong?
A: No. it is only suitable for merchants in Hong Kong, as currency received of the merchants is in HKD
Q: What is the rate/fee for using Yedpay’s gateway?
A: We charge a flat fee of each of your transaction. There is no other fee, no contract and no other cost.
Q: Will I be charged a fee when issuing refund?
A: No, if you issue a full refund, the merchant will receive the full amount in currency they paid. The transaction fee we deducted for the original transaction will be refunded back to the merchant.
Q: Where do I issue refund?
A: You can do it on the Yedpay merchant Portal : merchant.yedpay.com

Q: When will I receive the money in my bank?
