Installation and configuration Steps:

Step 1: Extract the ZIP and upload the files.
Step 2: Goto Extensions->Extensions->Shipping and install "Cart Total and Zip Based Shipping".
Step 3: Click on the Edit button of the "Cart Total and Zip Based Shipping"
Step 4: At this page you can set total, Geo Zone, and Shipping (ZIP based o cart total based).
Step 5: At this with the help of All ZIP and All Total button you can add the new zip and and total and it's shipping amount.
Step 6: Now you are Done!!!!
