About the module
This module will allow you to charge a new customer a subscription or membership fee. Once a user register an account, a subscription fee will be added to his cart. He will not have any way to remove it. The subscription fee will also be added to the cart if the user create his account during checkout. Since this is a subscription / membership fee, it will not be charged to customers that checkout as guests.

You have complete control over the fee you want to charge. You just have to create a new product dedicated for this and choose it as the product to use for the fees.

Installation
This module use ocmod and will not replace any files

Follow this steps to install
- Admin / Extension /Installer
- Upload the ocmod zip file
- Admin / Extension / Modifications
- Refresh

Once the module is installed, follow this steps to apply a membership product
Step 1
Go to Catalog / Products and create a new product. You can call it subscription fee or any name.
Note: Make sure to put a very high quantity and to choose No for "Subtract Stock" and "Requires Shipping". Insert the product price enable it and save it

Step 2
- Go to Extensions / Extensions / Modules.
- Find HT Subscription Fee - By Htsoftwares module and install it

Step 3
- Once the module is installed, find HT Subscription Fee - By Htsoftwares again and click on edit

Step 4
- Under "Choose your subscription product", select the new product that you have created (This field has an autocomplete action, so it will find the product as you are typing it)
- Change the status to Enable and save it

You can always go back and modify the product to a new one. If you don't want to charge a subscription fee for a small period, you just have to change the status of the module to Disabled
