Documentation
1) If you do not have VQMod, Install Opencart VQMod: https://github.com/vqmod/vqmod/releases/tag/v2.6.4-opencart
2) Edit add-twitter-card.xml in your preferred text editor (notepad, notepad ++, atom, sublime, etc.)
3) Replace the dummy text only - DO NOT REMOVE THE DOUBLE QUOTES ("")
i) <meta name="twitter:site" content=“@your-twitter-username-here” /> - Replace the text (your-twitter-username-here) with your actual website twitter name between the double quotes ("").
ii) <meta name="twitter:title" content="Your Website Title Here" /> - Replace the text (Your Website Title Here) with your preferred title between the double quotes (""), this will be shown on twitter when your link is shared on the platform.
iii) <meta name="twitter:description" content="Your Website Description Here" /> - Replace the text (Your Website Title Here) with your preferred description between the double quotes (""), this will be shown on twitter when your link is shared on the platform.
iv) <meta name="twitter:image" content="https://www.example.com/link-to-your-preferred-image.png" /> - Replace the link (https://www.example.com/link-to-your-preferred-image.png)with your actual image link that should display when your link is shared.
v) Save the file and upload to your /vqmod/xml/ folder
vi) Clear and Refresh modifications, then clear cache
vii) Visit: https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator enter your website's URL and you will receive the results of your Twitter card.
Please remember that your updates should be made in the example text between the double quotes only.
