Why this extenison doesn’t autofill meta tag keywords and meta description?
Meta tag keyword: I see some autofill or mass bulk update extensions have this feature. But this might be actually dangerous for your seo. In old times meta tag keywords was helping people to appear in searches with those words. As the Internet grew and became a more open environment, people began to spam the words in the meta keywords section of their web page. For this reason, search engines decided to ignore these words. (Google official blog) (Yahoo: Later it turned out that this was not true . Yahoo was indexing the meta keywords tag, but this still doen’t benefit for your website.) Even bing updated their algorithms in such a way that using the meta keywords tag was badly damaging your site . Because bing considered it a spam signal rather than a ranking signal.
